In our quest for perfection, we understand that occasionally, errors can occur. If you find any issue with your order, please reach out to us within 15 days of receipt. We're here to rectify any problems swiftly and satisfactorily.

 

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee:

 

If your received items significantly differ from your approved design, or if they feature incorrect printing or embroidery, we're on hand to make things right. Depending on your preference, we will reprint the erroneous items or issue a full or partial refund. In the event that we're unable to correct the error with a reprint or proper embroidery, a refund will be provided for the affected items. Refunds are processed promptly, typically within 1-2 days following the receipt of the returned merchandise.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that personalized items are unique to each customer. A $20 customization fee is included in your purchase for each personalized item. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us promptly with your order details and cancellation request. If your order has not yet entered the production stage, we can stop the process and reverse the charges.

 

Please note that production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Cancellations made after production has started will incur a $20 restocking fee per item.

 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less any shipping costs and discounts applied to personalized items, unless the shipment was incorrect. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. It may take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, and one billing cycle for it to show on your billing statement.
